Fetal Personhood and Citizenship: Why There Are No Unborn Americans
This includes slightly edited versions of our posts analyzing Dobbs, H.R. 722, as well as the mock trial There Are No Unborn Americans. The mock trial was read by over 100k people with over 300 upvotes.
We also published our piece “Reading The Constitution As A Modern Citizen” along with its supporting material of Federalist Papers and Constitution. This has been very well received.
In 2026, we expect the legal landscape around fetal personhood to become even more volatile.
