🏛️ The Structural Rights Party

No Morals. Just Law.

We are not here to tell you what’s right. We are here to tell you what’s allowed.

🔹 What We Believe

1. The Constitution is a Logic Engine

It is not a moral document. It is not a list of virtues. It is a structural map of power: who gets to do what, and who doesn’t.

We follow it ruthlessly and literally.

2. Rights Are Not Moral Rewards

You don’t need to be good to have free speech. You don’t need to be ethical to own a firearm. You don’t need to be moral to control your own body.

Rights are legal shields—not moral prizes.

3. The State Cannot Grant Citizenship to the Unborn

A fetus is not a citizen. It is not a legal person. Birth is the moment citizenship is created—a federal act.

States cannot regulate who joins the nation.

4. Abortion Bans Violate Federal Authority

Banning abortion is not just wrong—it’s unconstitutional. It is the State seizing control over the federal process of naturalization.

No State has the right to determine who becomes a citizen. Birth belongs to the Republic, not the States.

5. Self-Defense Includes the Womb

If someone is harming you, you have the right to stop them. Even if they’re inside your body. Even if they didn’t mean to. Even if they’re unborn.

The law does not revoke your rights because of biology.

6. We Had Open Borders—And It Worked

For most of U.S. history, if you came here, stayed, and behaved, you could earn legal status.

We didn’t have illegal immigrants. We had early applicants.

Citizenship was earned by conduct—not sealed off by paperwork.

7. Law Belongs to the People

You don’t need a license to speak. You don’t need a degree to think. And you don’t need permission to read, write, or argue the law.

If the law applies to everyone, it must be open to everyone.

🔹 Our Promise

We won’t tell you how to live. We’ll tell the government how to behave.

We are not left. We are not right. We are below—checking the foundations.

🔹 Our Slogan

“Not about what’s right—about what’s allowed.”
